I know of a couple on 100k plus and provided they've been serviced as they should've been there are no problems. 100k isn't a big deal for modern cars and engines these days like it was in the past.
pm me exactly what you need and a timeframe and ill see what I can do. Got a couple of bits on at the moment, but if its something simple you need ill be able to do it for you no probs.

There is some mintage in this thread! None of them get used enough though, they're all too clean! Mine's going on another 3k mile trip around Europe in 4 weeks. High mileage ftw.
Heard some stories about this trip. Not all rosy either.
I'd also urge anyone who reads this never to venture out on track if you have fluids leaking. Its the most dangerous thing imagineable. 3 bikers (one well known) came down on fluids very recently. If you get caught you will be held...
I've just ordered the T Mob MDA IV, which i believe is the HTC thing re-branded.
wi-fi, gps etc, all I need. Better spec than the iphone, just without the apple logo on it. Looking forward to getting it.
tomtom 7 downloading now ;)
Crickey you were early. Was a cracking day, really enjoyed it. The rally stage was well worth the hike as well.
Felt a bit fustrated that hardly anyone seems to go for a time anymore apart from Justin Law and Anthony Reid. I'd much rather watch an F1 time really going for it rather than the...
Nice pics Rob. Sorry to hear about the cars - both back and running soon I hope!
LOT days seem to have got a hell of a lot more serious than the last one i went to!!
Its always busy. Have queued for up to 45 mins to get on track and 25 minutes to get off it this year at its worst. Apparently it was quiet last weekend for some reason though, so you might be in luck.
The amount of money that is being pumped into what is essentially a glorified sprint event (as far as I can tell) is absurd!
Does a car that's entered have to be based on a roadcar?
When I fitted mine (albeit to a different car) you have to remove the entire bulb holder and modify the metal bit so that the new bulb sits inside it. I just bought some small files and took it slowly so it fitted snuggly. You then have to drill a big hole in the black plastic dust cover that...
You'll probably find he was restricted to the rubber he could use by that listed in the blue book.
Tbh if it is just a sprint car i'd bash it back into shape and carry on using it. Not exactly a show and shine thing is it??!
Thanks for your help gents. Ill give the guy a call over the weekend and see whats happening. Want to avoid calling our insurers at all costs, but if it comes to it I will I guess.
lol! Yer i called them the morning he agreed that they couldn't afford to pay out the 1k for repairs it needs (of which parts are £19! lol).
Just wondering if and when we would receive a letter from his insurers saying go ahead and get the car fixed.
Worse case senario ill get back in contact...
About 3/4 weeks ago a woman round the corner from us reversed into our clio and caught the rear 3/4 panel. I got her details, but spoke to her husband that evening and agreed that i'd get a couple of quotes together in the hope of settling outside of insurance.
A week later and I got a couple...
