i took my rear seats out once once cos i had new one coming plus my passenger seat, defenetly lighter

Thinking of lowering my mk1 ph3 and need to find out the spacing, heard its either 52mm or 54mm. Where can i go to find out what it is? kwik fit? cheers

What mm size is the hole left after removing it?

how the hell did you manage to remove it? been trying and it wont come off, undone every bolt and it wont budge lol
