The peeling lacquer needs flatting, you can't just spray over the top. And resprayed with Lacquer not colour (you could if you wanted).

Needs flatting back and respraying any good Bodyshop should sort it.

Is say 10 is a little late to arrive personally, it starts to wind down by then.
