best off with spray paint mate. brushing paint on will look cack ! you really want a dye type paint to do the fabric headliner

still looks like a light sign to me. could be a number plate light but thats linked with the rear lights. rather confusing. erm if you can get hold of a wiring diagram for your car, it may show what fuse does what,

i would of thought that fuse is the interior lights ( dash lights, interior headline light ect ) but 20amp is a bit big :S also i cant check what it is on my car as i have a mirror adjuster sign in that slot

Pull the dash trim off ( bar above glove box and one little bar at driverside near door ) undo all those torxs , pull top of steering wheel cowl off, undo those torx and the there's one either end of the dash. Plus don't forget I think there is 3 in the top dash Vent, can be seen from out...
