My Clio managed about 5 miles before I had a dash full of warning lights. My e34 managed 20miles and kept going fine. I never pushed either further than they had to go.

They did mr a great deal on my 197 but then messed me around royally with the after service, damaged my car twice and refused to fix and even refused to carry out warranty work that Renault UK had approved.

Mx5 probably won't be much different to the 182 in the snow tbh. For a winter hack you need something with skinny tires.

Days of Omex and similar are gone for anything other than track cars. Do it right first time and fit an EC1
