Why do you want to do an engine conversion? Have you considered the cost of upgrading the brakes and suspesion to go along with the increased power? You''ll probably be better off finding a nice valver or williams instead of messing around modifying what you've got.

Depends what you want doing mate, few specialists in that area.

even the ITG is a waste of time tbh, only reason to buy one is when you need to replace the filter anyway and only if you intend to keep it long enough to benefit from having a cleanable filter.

Pointless imho, a replacement panel filter does nothing and an 'induction kit' will lose power.

Grinding under braking suggests either shoe or pads are f**ked.

50mm is a noticable drop, sportlines will probably only give 20-30mm
