The right side lower spring perch needs tightening, hold the big nut on top and there should be a lower nut under the rear beam to tighten.
You adjust the height on these simply by turning the round top hat clockwise or anti-clockwise.

You need to remove the wiper arms to get the plastic scuttle panel off though.
Usually need a puller because the arms are on the splines pretty tight.
