Oh dear Lee, though doesnt surprise me considering the state of my wheels. More runs than I can count, no lacquer on the inside edge of the spokes, and the tyres werent removed, so they werent baked and paint that soft it was damaged when new tyres were fitted!
Never going back Renault...
Which dealership was this Lee?
I'm finally having my wheels replaced under warranty after Renault Birmingham messed up a refurb twice and damaged my spoiler tips and then after promising to pay for the replacements, withdrew the offer because I wasn't happy with the second wheel refurb!! RUK...
I was expecting to feel sick seeing before opening those adverts! Quite the opposite though in the end, My 197 is 58plate so 12 months older than the 200 cup in the second link, 20k, had 2 serices, got full set of new tires on it and £10k would make it yours! lol.
Oh and mine also has recaros...

We were hoping to run a second race, if we can get 8 more teams we can have two exclusive races of 10 teams.

With regards deposits I will update...
IMO theres only one company been mentioned in here that do a FULL job on the inlets, rather than JUST match them, but good luck getting any...

Re: Project 172 Trophy Red Megane 225 Powered Heavy Track Car
Not seen details of (m)any builds using a 225 lump. I know of an R5 that had one in it, but no real details on the build.
I've only had the 197 round track at Milbrook and most of that round the outer handling circuit, which is meant to be pretty hard on the brakes, and had no problem at all. I cant compare the experience to a 1*2 as never driven one on track, but it was still f**king epic!
