Yes it feels different
noticable midrange performance gain
Carnoisser Southend
Do a search, tbh i think if i added an exhaust it would require a remap - but just having a filter isnt to bad if i recall.
If it had been bad the machine at the rolling road would have picked it up.
Well the cost totals up to about 280 when you add the price of the hillpower bend and the cold air feed pipe.
It doesnt run lean, at least no problems were picked up on the rollers on Saturday.
Ive not been advised it will anyway.
Ive spent ages searching round companies online this morning after Renaut have yanked the price up 150 quid.
Tescos are the best at the mo, Norwich Union took bloody ages to fill in the 8 pages of forms for them to tell me they cant quote online. b******s.
Im 23, 5yrs ncb, £690 is my best quote
TBH if youe getting the Hillpower pipe its OK because it allows you to cut it - which gives you more room to play with.

Cant see any more, and i had a good look around. The car was at high revs on Saturday.
currently the air feed is sitting slotted over the oe cold air feed.
TBH it feels absolutly fine, and as Si said sounds superb.
I will be buying a cold air feed pipe from Green filters asap, as the current one is a bit harsh and rubbing on one of the coolant pipes slightly.
Also using the...
OK, i have my cold air feed pipe slotted over the top of the standard cold air feed, so i guess its still using this valve.
Its just going to struggle to find warm air on startup, though this shouldnt be a problem over summer.
Is there an air inlet valve that i need to remove? (172Cup)
currently ive only removed the lower cold air feed (the upper one is in place still) the standard airbox and the 90 degree Standard bend.
Will i have removed the valve in those bits?
If not, where is it? and essentially if i...
Just thought i post some pics of it finally fitted. The car feels totally different now its been done.
