Well f***s knows what was actually causing the leak...
Sump gasket was fine along with crank seal - I kinda suspect the sump wasnt bolted down correctly/tight enough!
But yeah, hey ho least i know now everything was correct!

Engines coming back out tomorrow, got a leak coming down the gearbox to engine join - smells like engine oil, so think it possible could be crank seal... will have a ganders tomorrow

Few updates, loom is grtting there, throttle body loom has been modified, just map sensor and cranks sensor to go.
The engine turns over and i have ignition and lights, not much else though due to no speedo or fuel guage - the dash is pretty useless now haha

But cannot find any aftermarket inners.
Renault do them at £40 but x 4 becomes a bit pricey.

Today was uneventful but eventful.
Went to finish of the gearbox and ended up taking more bits off.
Where the selector rods enter the gearbox and use the retaining pins to act as the "clunk" and to make sure you dont select 2 gears at the same time. Basically wouldnt go far enough in like...
Should be hopefully, ready to get mapped next weekend bud.
Just timing engine back up now, and then gonna gearbox back together after wards, then hopefully engine in.
