As said, i dont see the fascination with cable throttle. On the ph1's ive driven it feels slack. FBW system used on the later 172's/ 182's works fine.

Lol at Ph1 is better. 172 cup is where its at if you're after best compromise between road car and track car.
Ive on 04 172 cup in silver thats for sale for the right price... pm me if interested mate.
Be careful driving aound with toolkits, parts from cars, lumps of wood etc, could end up getting nicked if youre in the wrong place at the wrong time mate.

Low miles, 03 and from a dealer with aftersales warranty, price seems pretty good! Guessing its a pretty mint example.

Didnt rate eibachs on my cup much at all tupps, have you tried one with them fitted?
Why not go out and drive a set of twisties, big smile on your face, and get something to eat at the end of the run while telling each other war stories about the 'corner that almost caught you out?'
If you're more worried about who's faster, japanese cars with turbos are your best bang for...
