my 18-55 is 3.5 -5.6 i think .. but goes up to 36 ... 3.6 is the lowest it goes i think? so am i right in saying the lower that number the better and for macro a lower aperture will blur the background and focus on the subject so a 1.8 lens is best? f**king hell i hope im learning this...
