A ridiculous amount better. On a hot trackday you're talking twice as many laps as other cars without ducting (compared back to back)
Have always wondered whether in the wet they just funnel water directly at the brakes though.
The omp ones dont fit. Can be made to fit, but certainly not to any degree that you'd want to tow a car with.
Speak to my mate dave (d4ve on here) if you want to source a tow eye.
Check out stozza's car (formerly s70res). On 17's and apex springs i think, and ride and handling are superb! Looks spot on too :P
Probably quite bumpy over rough surfaces, but goes round corners well :D
It says 50mm drop as they suit many clio's. As sports are lower as standard they lower less.
If you put those springs on a non-sport (which it also says on the product info they will fit) you'll get a 50mm drop.
Erm, rofl.
Lowered a bit those wheels would look alright! Must be a pain in the ass to clean though! Get some 182 spec side repeaters from renault too, will look much better.
In slow traffic/ when stopped in traffic the wipers slow down. They'll also do a wipe everytime you change the setting (speeding it up/ slowing it down) so could be this, or sensing as if you're changing the setting.
Spacers will push the tyres even closer to the arches, how could that help??
Fit 195/45 profile tyres if you dont want to change the wheels.
45's as opposed to 50's will have a smaller 'balloon' shape to them, not sure if that makes sense but they wont rub as much on the outside.
Takes around 30 mins to swap them over. 6 bolts, and the four bolts holding rear arch liners on.
172 bumper would fit fine, as would 182 (except then you get exhaust holes)
205/50 tyres and quite wide wheels (et38 is cup fitment, will stick out a fair bit more than standard clio wheels) is your problem. Spacers wont help, just make things worse.
Either go to et43 wheels, or get 205/45 profile tyres, might need to do both of these.
