    Don't be doing any modifications to your car. Just drive it how it is but with 4 decent tyres on it. Get a feel for driving again and take note of the circular signs with a number in the middle. I crashed mine and it stopped me from driving like a erratic.

    eBay foam insulation. You can get thicker stuff for noiser exhausts.

    Foam insulation in the boot under the carpet and rear seats helps this dramatically.

    I went with the K-tec janspeed. I did go for the quieter of the two but you could upgrade to the super sprint centre section which makes it more raspy. Take a look on there website.
