This one is golf mk2 and I'm pretty sure would fit length ways (I would measure first though) It needs a small pipe cutting off and welding up just beside the main hose at the bottom though, you could have two pins welded to the bottom too so you can use the standard radiator mounts but I'm...
Yeah that's normal for the arcing on the coil pack.
At your mileage I would think its more the injectors but it won't harm to remove and wire brush the spark plugs (replace with the correct NGK versions if necessary) and refit with some wd40 in all the leads and plugs etc then try your injector...
Yeah that's my car, they are Jenvey individuals on the mr28 manifold (or whatever its called) which is the basic off the shelf Clio setup. The only way they angle up is due to the engines inclination and the fact the rad is so low which makes it look worse.
I would just buy one of the smaller...
Take everything off for ease (its not a big job) and use petroleum jelly ideally on the o rings and they will slide in. Check for any cracks on the o rings too while there out as a fuel leak is the last thing you want.
ps wd40 or even spit will suffice if your stuck.
I personally wouldn't run a polo rad on my car on track or road especially for traffic reasons that have been mentioned. The alloy rads on eBay aren't what I would consider expensive so I see no point in buying two cheap ones that will be needed to outlast the alloy version.
I got one with my...
Its a black plastic pipe that comes from the brake servo, round the back of the rear bulkhead heatshiled and would originally plug into the top part of the inlet.
If it ain't connected your brakes must be poor (possibly dangerous at times) and the car must have a high idle??
Lol well that failed with YOUR grammar checking.
Yeah they have different crank rods to get there. The 2 litre f4r is actually a stroked 1800cc too if you didn't know, that's one of the reasons why they're restricted for tuning.
Liam why are you even considering dropping charges if the repairs are paid for? (You can't anyway in Scotland as said and is there Something your failing to mention about the break up lol, feeling guilty?)
Let the little b**ch stew for a few months awaiting her slap on the wrist from the...
Snap on sell Ingersill Rand on the vans and sometimes have a badge slapped on too. No comparison to any other gun I have used before, 1/2 drive air guns used to whip of 32mm truck wheel nuts that were almost welded on. Very nice but expensive.
I have a 24v sealey job that has been good to me...
You actually said there was no difference in shafts and inner rods Phil as I have previously shown you data sheets from eBay and gave you the part numbers for Firstline inners but I'm not going to split hairs, the hubs can be swapped as long as they suit your struts which is what is nice to know.
Seem logical Chip and just like I have always said, to cast a different hub for every variant just doesn't make sense where as adjusting 4 drilled holes in sheet metal from a 172 to a 172 cup is where all the differences come from. I will add that cup racer (I.e laguna hubs) have massively...
Check out post #23 & #36 but the whole thread is good and there isn't really anything more to clear up, I know for a fact that the 172 cups have the longest/widest everything as I have done loads of searching/measuring/fitting to be able to fit cup racer suspension onto my 172 cup ;)...
The 172 cups have many better things than most 1*2's including engines in most cases, it was sold as a track car for the road initially remember and had most things slightly fettled to improve this.
Measure the distance from the wishbone bolt centre to the edge of the subframe on your 182 cup...
I'm not entirely sure which is wider with wheel offsets and hubs etc but the 172 cup has a subframe that's drilled wider for the wishbones and will allow you to go wider without massive offsets or spacers.
Nothing to hand James although the AT setup is known for lower torque figures on most cars just by their design. Yours and Tonys would be good ones to compare against a Jenvey graph.
The AT stuff is the best to look at definitely, I really like the look of that pictured setup, saves having to...
Not really, they do the job fine (i.e having ITB's) but they are not the best on a high power build (circa 220 up)
They would need staged injectors to have a half decent torque figure as they struggle to make torque from all the graphs I have seen.
Theres not only the trumpet size to think of with the at power kit but also the injector position (being right next to the valve mouth) that affects things.
Im pissed out my dick currently and will let Chipapedia explain the intricacies.
