Just get the car up on some wooden blocks to give you an extra 3" or so then there's no need to turn wheels for access. I am also going to make the front bar mountable across the strut tops to hang two plum bobs for camber changes, doing this means you can drive the car after changes to settle...

Probably better like that, I can use that weighted string as a plumb for roughing in camber too that way.

Cutting a little (10 to 30mm depending on what you like) off the gear selector rod to bring the gearstick back so you don't have to reach for 1st,3rd and 5th gear.

Indeed Aye I can't fault them for cheap fun, they're one of best little hot hatches left that aren't totally covered in cancer, their only downfall is the seats and seating position.
