The comparison sites can come in cheaper. This selection were 40 quid cheaper for me.
Thing to keep in mind is though, most of us will be chopping and changing parts. Exhausts etc.
The normal insurers don't cover this generally and if you declare mods they charge you a fortune.

I'm with brentacre and I can change anything on the car for free, providing it doesn't increase power. They cover exhausts and induction kits etc. They class remaps, cams or ITBs etc as power increases
So you can change seats, steering wheel, alloys, suspension. All covered. Providing...

Mine was bad recently as I was moving house I had no access to outside tap etc, so couldn't wash it for weeks! Didn't think to take a pic of the horror though [emoji22]
I had rubbing on mine with hard corners. Standard alloys with 205 tyres.
Changed tyres to 195 and no rubbing issues [emoji106] A lot of people run 195s anyway.
Not an epic spot by no means..... but I do love spotting cars fresh from track action on a trailer [emoji106] love a nice lotus
