Oooof! That's rotten! [emoji106]
I wanted to clean mine this weekend, but was too afraid it would turn my car into a giant yellow ice cube!
I did wash lights and glass though, so can now see where I'm going!
Yeah. Same here!
Just done 2 laps. 2nd one 5.49.
This cars insane...., approaching bend at 180 "f**k me I'm not going to get around this one!!" Before you can even acknowledge the last bend you took you've been around another 2! Lol
Will take a few laps to adjust to this car! Every bend you...
Keep the door open for me...., Got a feeling I'm going to be following you out. Never driven X car on Fm5 and have come straight from horizon. Not going to end well!!
I was planning on using a mitt too. Hmmm.
God that must have been depressing!
Do all of you keen/pro detailers laugh or cry inside when you see lovely new bmws audis etc being washed at the hands of these foreigners?
Never mind that. Has hankook instead of Bridgestone! Lol.
Proper nasty, must have cleaned the car with the clay mitt thinking it was a New style wash mitt [emoji14]
Same colour paintwork as mine. Mine is a little hazed and I'll be putting the da to it when weather's warmer. [emoji5]
Oooo. Like the look of the loom. I'd really like to fit a aftermarket wheel to mine but don't want to lose cruise. I'm hopeless with electrics though! You could sell those looms as a kit if it's easy to fit, plug n play. Sure there would be a demand for them. [emoji5]
Where you going to mount...
We're you in your evo last night doing down black rock towards abergavenny at about 6 or 7pm? I drove up the hill and passed an evo that looked just like yours! [emoji5]
I normally find the points are a bit safe, so brake later. I don't follow them as such, use them as a rough guide.
Just makes it easier to use them as a countdown board than to try and spot the boards at side of track.
Snap. I'm the same!
I've always used braking guide. Just this week I tried without, some tracks I found ok, easy to spot braking points, once you do a few laps you know which board to start braking at etc. Other tracks don't have markers (or their hard to see) so it's a guessing game...
Is that including GP circuit too? Sounds a good time. I'll be nowhere near it!
I been playing horizon for so long, I'm pure dog s**t at fm5 now. Can't drive for toffee
Sell your daily Clio and keep this! Once you recover from buying new house revert this back to dedicated track car and buy another daily.
Far easier to sell and replace a fairly standard daily clio. Saves you the time, effort and pain of breaking your lovely track clio.
I couldn't sell after...
Great to see it getting niggly bits done. Its a collection of niggly bits that soon gets you down!
My arch liners were just like that and I had water in foot wells. As I cleared all crap from the front, water started to push through the crap!
Fair play to you for helping Andy out. [emoji106]
Glad to hear your keeping it! I couldn't sell after all this. Once it's finally sorted I'd like to think it'd stay sorted for a while to come with all work that has been done.
Hope it gets sorted soon and hopefully will see you on a road trip through Wales in the summer [emoji41] [emoji106]
