Water will work, but adding coolant to it makes it work a hell of a lot better. If he hasn't topped it up in that bottle and just filled it at the rad I would put money on it not having enough in the system. As I said previously, it probably also has a leak if it was overheating before hand.

He shouldnt just be filling back up with water. Needs coolant added to it. There is a coolant bottle towards the back of the engine bay, if he has filled it at the rad then it wont have anywhere near enough fluid in the system so he will need to top it up. Also check the engine bay for white...

Shouldnt need claying to get it off, AG Tar remover should be fine. Make sure you get a good polish and sealant on after though!

Looks good. Far nicer than Clio200. IMO looks smaller than the current clio. Wheel base certainly looks shorter.

You dont attach it to the filter itself, just point in the general direction of the filter.

the interior is as good as a 182. the exterior plastics is personal taste.

you miss the point. the 197 cup isnt about weight loss. the only real weight loss is removal of aircon which most people including me respec. the 197cup is about being a more driver focused car for less.
