i use pb polish/cleaner, megs 7 glaze, ag egp and then swissvax onyx

it all comes down to cost aswell mate because H&Rs are £800+ where as springs are £120. so its what you can afford really

i had sportlines on mine. and now have H&Rs the difference is great you can go into corners faster it stays planted on the road and there is no body roll whatsover. and also you can lower it more which is like a bonus. mine aint to harsh either still comfy imo

it varies though like barron pays that you could end up paying alot more. they go of the postcode as well which is annoying imo
