Just rang the guy and asked if he would adjust the price and he said that if i wanted the car and put a deposit down subject to them doing it, they would do.
I've seen a 182 I like from a dealer. fsh, 50k mileage 2004 model.
However although the service book is upto date there is no paperwork about the cambelt being done.
What is the situation with this? I'm sure I read the cambelt should be done at 75k or 5 years?.
The car is up for 3800...
Yeah all the ones I've picked out from auto trader have fsh with around 50k on the clocks. I've just gotta sort my finances out and get out there and have a look at some. I havent even driven a clio sport yet. But I'm sure i'll like it if the handling is as good as everyone says it is.
Is it? I dont know really! its extremely low milage. I dont think I'd go for it anyway tbh just wondered what peoples opinions were. I'd prefer a blue one!.
Main reason I asked is because I saw this.

Thanks for the quick replys!.
I'm handy with the tools so I could do my own servicing but id prefer to keep the service history up to scratch as I will be buying one with fsh. Other things like suspension/lower arms etc Im easily capable of.
The main reason I asked about parts is because Ive...
Well I'm on the verge of buying a full fat 182. Basically looking for any info you guys can throw at me. A few things I would like to know is availability/prices of parts. Are parts expensive and hard to come by in comparison to other cars out there?.
How much does Renault charge for your...
is 85k high mileage though? I can't see that it is? I'm lucky i can do my own maintanence i guess. I've kept my punto on the road and thats done 163k and fiats are the most unreliable cars on the planet lol! I'm lookin forward to gettin a clio, i don't mind gettin my hands dirty!
Elephant have been the best so far. I think its £120 a month. Cheapest i can find, thats fully comp with breakdown cover and windscreen cover. Thats only untill March though and then I will have 4 yrs no claims.
lol i thought i recognised the car, i live a couple of roads away down the hill, if yours is the one ive seen, small world. Can't believe you haven't seen or heard me drive passed.
How honest are you guys about estimated annual milage?. I find this a funny question really because you cant tell how much your gonna use the car in that year lol.
Nice, I like the coupes. Awesome car. I usually do the bognor to littlehampton route as most of my work is there. But I cant say I've seen you and I'd definatly notice a coupe.
Lol thanks for the heads up. But to be fair a bus would be an upgrade in handling to me, coming from a punto lol. I'm...
Yeah that would be the one. I live in middleton but when i go into town i try and park at the back of boots. You probably heard it before you saw it lol. Getting a bit long in the tooth for stupidly loud exhausts now lol.
Yellow punto? No mines blue, i'm surprised how many people are local to me on here. When i was on punto sports there was hardly anyone local to me on there.
