Yea I have checked with a local garage but I want to see how accurate the price is, he has quoted me £135 for change of springs and tracking , so good deal?
Looking to get a garage change my standard springs to some eibach sportlines on a non sport, just wondering how much I am looking at ££ wise? How many hours would it take.
Also I heard tracking would need to be done again?
so i sold my RB 182 ready to go to uni and bought myself an 03 billabong for a very nice price. bought it from an electrical engineer who did all the work on the car himself,
came with brand new cambelt, 4 new tyres, new front discs and pads, brand new mot, upgraded front and back speaks with...
suprisingly i couldnt of been happier when i sold the RB 182 after nearly a year of owning it, thou that was more because of money reasons and i knew i had to sell it before summer because of uni.
loved it to bits but for some reason im so excited about my new 1.2 dynamique! it was so cheap haha
Sorry to be such a noob but to remove the centre caps to get to the bolts there is a strange nut thing and I have no idea how to open it, do I need a special tool or something?
So I just noticed my front seat has stopped sliding along the rails forward or back. Seems like its jammed somewhere.
Can anyone give any advice on how to go about fixing it?
Many thanks
Ha no it was no fees involved. As I have paid my 10 months on monthly payments to flux ( last 2 months I don't pay anything) I can cancel the policy with them and sky would take it over. Give sky insurance a ring they are really helpful I recommend !
I had the same dilemma , also with Adrian flux, I rang sky insurance from here and explained the situation and they told
me they would be able to take over the insurance on the 10months I had already done with flux and I would still get the no claims after being with them for anther 2 months...
For a 1.2 dynamique
which springs are most recommended? I don't want it too low.. But enough to look better. So I'm guessing 35-40mm?
As far as I'm aware there is APEX 35-40 ?
and eibach sportlines 45-50?
Thanks for the help
Just got back from viewing it.. Left a deposit ;)
car was spotless inside and out. It's a 2003 1.2 billabong model so has funky seats and alloys. He has owned it for 6 years and has all the mot certificates. He showed me the cambelt kit receipt and explained how he installed it. Even has...
Just spoke to him on the phone , nice old guy. He did all the work himself but has receipts for stuff like cambelt kit etc. sounds like a really looked after car. Even has 4 brand new tyres! Driving 60 miles to see it now and hopefully leave a deposit fingers crossed!

im with adrian flux, they have always been useless in my opinion,
and now i have asked them how much my monthly payments would change downgrading my 182 to a little clio 1.2.
i am paying £90 a month for the 182 and they said to change it would cost £25 fee and then would stay as £90..
