Just what I am looking for(although the 2 reviews aren't great lol) but I will probably nip in store to check the fit as the tripod head has a small groove where the mounting plate fits, so would need to check width length and depth.
Thanks for the help Dave, much appreciated :)

Just found this actually, which is the closest I can find to it, but its the wrong shape...
Edit: Now...
Thanks for the reply mate, unfortunately the tripod came out of my grandparents loft when we emptied the whole lot out, so all I have is the tripod stand itself. Anything else either was lost, never there to start with or made its way into the bin!
Hi All,
Quick bit of advice needed!
I have just acquired a Miranda pro 3 tripod and it appears to have a quick release mount fitted to the top (spring loaded trigger catch thingy)... However it is missing the plate and screw that slots in to the quick release mount to connect the thread...
No idea, I would guess price may play a small factor although I'd assume it's pretty negligible.
In all honesty I think you will notice no difference in day to day driving. 205's do offer slightly more rim protection for any "hairy" parking moments, however if you are low then you may want...
This.... Browse auctions, if nothing looks like it will end at a reasonable price, check back in watch list to find the BIN item from earlier and purchase outright
Mine is very similar over uneven surfaces. I have just changed from a mis-match of tyres to Uniroyal RS2's on the front and Bridgestones on the rear and I still have the skittishness, so not sure if it would simply be down to tyres...
I am going to get the alignment and suspension checked over...
All the interior goodies were originally done by Austin-182 on here.
As for the grill I was going to do a guide but in all honesty it was really simple, the only tricky bit was getting the grill on and off!! Regarding products, I prepped it with...wait for it.... A brillo pad! Sprayed with...
Gotta be the Skoda splitter mate, its flexible as well as cheap, gave mine an almighty scuff a few weeks back on a driveway entrance and it's still standing...
Very small update....
Just went outside to grab some snaps of my Grill. Sprayed satin black last week but only just had a chance to update here. You can see how bluey/grey it looked against the BG paint in the photos above:
Any questions fire away :)
Cheers, Sam
Great write up, I wish that I had something so simple to follow when I first started cleaning mine...
The one thing I get lazy with is the "Patt down method", I always get impatient at that point and wipe it over with my drying towel to remove all the water marks... I just hope I'm not...
At that money I would go with what Steve recommended and pick up a tidy 172, you only need to keep an eye on the for sale section in here for a month and I'm sure one would pop up that fits the bill and the price. (More money for goodies rather than just spending money bringing it back up to...
Great photos :) also I just got lost in that 28dayslater site for the best part of half hour....and will no doubt revisit later, strangely addictive!!
Anyone else wonder how that runaway train style coaster made the loop with only lap bars for the passengers lol?!
Great to see some from CS going up the hill :) I have been toying with a trackday but hill climbs/sprints appeal just as much, if not slightly more as a newbie, due to the distinct lack of other cars and only yourself to blame if it goes t*ts up!!
Blue 182 looking lower than standard with SS exhaust, window stickers, possible turinis and a cheeky RARB tucked underneath.
Car looked really nice... exchanged a flash and a thumbs up!
I was driving the filthy black 182 that had accumulated about 500 miles worth of motorway crap this...
