Looks wicked in that 'shop mate, spot on. Was thinking it was a bit high at the moment. Good work so far though :)
Jamie - Standard rear lights with silvervisions? ;)
Gorgeous looking car mate. Cup rear spoiler and coilovers and that would be complete.
Good buy for someone.
Edit - in some of the pics it has cup rear spoiler, and in some it doesnt, guess its been added.
Id say save for new cams and an omex ecu next mate. Will someone in your country be able to programme an omex though?
The parts you've listed are mainly more durable components for use in cars with a lot more power, turbo'd engines and the like.
Pmsl
Not saying that they're bad to anyone thats ordered them, probably next best thing to coilovers ride comfort wise. Not much harder ride than standard.
Theres drifting, and then theres dragging the tail round corners.
Clio's do the latter.
And as for it being a slow way to corner, have you ever seen a pro-level drifter at 80-100mph? Ive never seen someone corner so fast, it looks immense.
Cool, next time someone posts a thread of the speed their clio achieved, i'll post a pic of a ferrari on the drag strip, and say, ive seen faster, change the thread title.
Or i just wont bother making threads and sharing things with people.
Aye, for the first two minutes or so, mine runs rough. Rev the engine a couple of times, smoothes it out a bit.
Something to do with the o2 sensors or something iirc?
Aye, and invalid insurance should you have a smash ^^
I thought about doing this, but fuel economy wise theres hardly anything in it, as the 1.2's need to be revved to get going. And insurance wise, at your age/ experience, it wont make much difference.
Id stick mate.
Not far off getting throttle bodies with that much?
What you done so far? Imo gonna cost me 10k to get something a lot nicer/ quicker cross-country than my cup, so its staying for a wee while until my insurance comes down.
Aye spot on mate. too snappy to hold a controlled drift in.
Meggerman - if you're after a second car to mess about in, why not buy a cheap s13 and fit a 2 way diff?
