Buying a used car is always a gamble you have to get a decent vib of the seller. The cup i went to look at the other night needed new tyres and exhaust was blowing and the guys brother must of said 4 or 5 times 'there are 2 other people coming to view it the tomorrow'

He reckons he's already been offered £3.5k and knocked it back:S

I bought a 172 RS instead of buying a 172 cup ,i will be tracking the car 2 or 3 times a year and it will only be getting used weekends;)

Im in the market for a 182 with both cup packs or a decent 172 cup havent made me mind up yet, I finding price's dont half vary ie 04 182's vary from 3.5k to just under 6k. Ok the 6k ones must be mint but 2.5k difference is a lot......... Ive seen a nice silver 02 plate 172 looks tidy but...

A silver 172 cup with factory fitted ac;) The milage is under 50k and requires a service . How much do you think i should be paying if he gets the service done or how much without the service??
