The 182s have a slightly rough idle when cold anyway. As for spark plugs NGK plugs are the ones to go for iirc

172 is the engine power is PS which is the metric equivalent of BHP. 172 is approximately 169bhp but it is well known that these cars dont make the book figure

They have quoted you wrong tbh. You dont need a new bumper, and a new bumper supplied fitted and painted at renault should be alot more than £138!

Renault have probably quoted you for the cup splitter at that price. That is what you want the council to send you a cheque for anyway, and then get a carbon one from ktec for £ 100 and pocket ther change :D
