So let me get this right. You have a heavily modded ctr thingy which makes you almost as fast as a bog standard Clio V6. Good stuff. I pulled almost 2cm on a Diablo in my heavily modded Clio V6. Diablo's are s**t slow cars.

No idea how this thread moved on to talking about old bangers. 165mph is cool. I remember when my v6 only managed 165. Seems like a lifetime ago now.

30-35bhp more that standard and it's on slightly noticable? Got used to the massive power increase already?

Are we forgeting some people might not want a big M3 or a Scooby saloon car however cheap or fast they may be? A wee Clio hatchback is just right for a lot of people.
