Covered around 5,000 miles on my Conti SC3's and they still have lots of tread left.. Depends on driving style but I agree with circa 10-12,000 miles on the front.

Most places charge around £150-£200 a panel.. You get what you pay for though, especially with bodywork. Try SprayShack, they're top quality and offer a great service.

Probably looking around £200 for the interior and the steering wheels vary in price.. Seen them go anywhere from between £40 and £100.. Unlikely to sell for the upper value now as you can get a full re-trim in much higher quality leather for ~£120 from snappy.

Jesus Christ! Was god awful before.. Looks like you have done a good job on the bodywork and it looks 1000x better now. Not a huge fan of the CF bonnet personally. Oh and a RS front grill would finish that front end off a treat.

Mine does this too. Both in standard form and with CookSport springs.. I generally find its when on full left hand lock.

Depends how low you want it really.. Personally I would go for CookSport springs and Cup shocks. Great stance and ride quality!

Ha! I remember getting burnt by the majority of members on that forum because I was 19 with a EP3.. One of the worst forums about lol! Enjoy it though, I hope you aren't disappointed. Need to try VTEC at least once!

Cosmic Grey FTW.. Facelift is better IMO, lighter flywheel, better seats etc They still command a decent premium though especially with good history.
