    Makes it easier I guess but I just used some 3M tape to cover the surrounding paintwork and made sure the plastics were 100% clean and cracked on.     I have had mine fitted for about 3 months now and I'm really happy with them! Ride quality is great, only slightly stiffer than standard and they improve handling no end.. Great turn in and car feels much more stable. Perfect ride height too!
