Running toyo t1r's at the mo and loving them, although seem quite a soft compound, so will see how they last. Handlings fantastic in all weathers, conditions, especially on the edge. Definately better than the pe2's they replaced imo. Oh, and just under £120 a pair delivered from ktec, bargain.

I know where you're coming from mate, but in two years time when you still have no no-claims bonus, and cant ever get insured on an rs', you'll wish you'd gone the 'own car' route.

Ring them and find out. elephant tend to be really helpful, plus you always get english speakers. Say, im thinking of buying this... And in my experience they dont charge much for mods, usually a one off payment.

Big insurance difference tho mate. Most of us on here modded dynamiques for a couple of years before moving onto rs'.

Also, your own car, and your own insurance, will be well worth it in like two years time when you've got no claims. Buy a cheapy, run around in it for a year or so, far better investment than alloys etc imo.
