If it comes off or moves when going over with a microfibre, i doubt that it's marring :S More like residue/oils left from previous polishing/waxing. If you have any IPA handy that should remove the oils...

Yeah, it's basically the same as the AG Tyre Dressing, as soon as that stuff gets wet it doesn't give a lasting shine.
