Get the G3/G4 pack yes. Works a lot better when the glass is properly clean. Not hard to do really, just apply the G4 as you would a polish and buff off, then the same with the G3.

I had G3 on my windows over last winter and truthfully it did make it alot easier. So G1 should be equal, if not better tbh. As for wax, maybe a few coats of Collinite 476s?

Are you sure it's marring? Could it be smearing from the wax after you had buffed it off. Might be worth washing again just to see if it corrects it.

I would say they are the same if not brighter tbh. It must be the silver reflective coating making them appear brighter :approve: Only £13.09 with free delivery on that link i posted, i've used them before with no problems
