Premium comes with all of the expansion packs which will be released for BF4. I agree it's a lot, but if you plan on getting all of the expansions then it works out about the same

Re: PS4 pre-order It's a sneaky tactic that. If they sell 1 more PS3 because of this, it will cover the £5 refund for 80 customers. So chances are they will sell more than 1 more, and will make a tidy profit off of it even if they don't deliver on release day.
