    dmallett's 421'd monaco I don't think that did when I removed mine, but being a ph2 they are a bit more sensitive than the trusty Ph1's :)

    dmallett's 421'd monaco Hold the button for the trip computer while you flick ignition on to the second stage. Clocks go into test mode. Hit the button a couple times again and you'll hopefully see four lines. You may see 3 lines and a letter, this shows if you have an ignition fault

    Battery is flat, more than likely due to an alternator fault. Also worth checking battery earth lead as they sometimes work loose.

    Could be over fuelling. I'd be checking all your earth points and as Chip said, make sure your getting a spark.

    You can get a washing machine hose which is a full size hose with a moulded plastic pipe on the end. Just cut the fixing off the end and its perfect.

    Gaz are crap so don't compare to them! Ktecs will give you a fairly horrible ride. Your better off getting pair of new shocks and some cooksport springs.

    Sounds like its skipped a tooth or two when the aux belt snapped, timing is now out and then even further out when dephaser/VVT bit is activated.

    Not difficult at all. Pull each ht lead off and see which one doesn't make a difference to the running. Make sure your hands aren't near metal as you may get a shock otherwise. You'll be able to then pin point a cylinder. They go 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 from left to right, and the corresponding number...

    Well it can only be ht leads, coil pack, injectors or spark plugs. You can easily find out what cylinder it is by unplugging one injector or ht lead at a time. You've been told its number one so it probably is, but its easy to check without a scanner, and that scanner will not tell you and...
