There was a Ph1 172 that had been resprayed in LY, it was forsale on pistonheads over a year ago, so it might well have been that one you seen.

Really sad times :( as said in txts mate its something to do with the boost restrictor setup imo as you cant be that unlucky to loose two engines & DannyR have oil problems too.

It was my first CSS & I had a great day, met some new faces great to speak to them & there was some stunning clios just a shame about the weather. I was chuffed to bits my little car won best Clio of the show, I was very shocked but very grateful it means a lot :D I only took a few photos but...

Dan as Dom says it was mapped at RS tuning by paul who did a great job, it ran megane injectors when it was 260bhp but ive chnaged them for 630cc injectors now. Thanks Dom cant wait to have a look at yours. Lmao dont be making any mess on it tomorrow :rasp:

​Cheers mate. Thanks Mike, its on standard ecu at the minute until i get the above EC1 fitted & mapped, maybe up the power at little too.

Spent some time on the car yesterday cleaning the engine bay & getting some jobs done on it before CSS. Fitted 5mm spacers to the rear due to the wheels catching the inner arch. Removed the carbon wrapped bits id done last year realised they just looked s**t & cheapened the look of the car...
