Can you only get Carbines in the Engineering class? Could persuade me to make the switch

Haha this is talking BF3 days. Havent made a foray into engineering on BF4. The starting weapon is s**t.

I always play as Assault with some sort of Sprint advantage. Anything else is Engineer as anti - air. Hardly anyone seems to concentrate on blowing those pesky birds out the air. SO satisfying. Lock on - hold - wait for flares to deploy - Fire. Easssy points.

New AC is really really good. Never liked Need for Speed but can 100% vouch for AC. Epic.

Good :) NOt sur if you saw but vehicle controls are changed in options - switch to Veteran and you have BF3 vehicle controls back. Much better IMO.

Yeah in BF3 I was always the one just going round capturing bases whereas some people just go for the kills. PTFO!!

All I ever play is conquest - what else is good fun? Dont like the whole team deathmatch vibe. Prefer to play an objective

Exactly the same as me. WOnt be purchasing Premium just in case!! Had a 55 min long game of Conquest last nght. Levelled up 2 times. Got booted came back in and yeahhhhh back to rank 6. Cheers EA!! Does it boot you all the way back to the Xbox home screen too?

Found out how to change vehicle controls to BF3 ones - OPtions - Vehicle controls - Veteran (use triggers to accelerate rather than analogue forward). Also - used my China rising DLC but if I try to join a server using those maps it directs me immediately to the "Buy Premium" page.

Picked up today. Really decent little kit.

Much better to surround them with mines. Shoot them in the leg once - they try to run or stand up. Pop one into a mine and KABOOM. But thats because I'm a vindictive fucker :evil:

Played for ooooh 3 minutes. Everything was blurry, sound wasn't on and I jumped everywhere. How can they even release this in good conscience?
