I recently upgraded mine with:
2 x 1TB WD Green Drives & Logitech Z5500 Speakers (5.1 THX,DTS,Dolby Digital)
I've also got Windows 7 Professional on order (Vista 64Bit Ultimate at the moment)
(old spec):
Intel Q6600 & Zalman Cooler
Zalman fan controller
EVGA n680i Motherboard...
I'm keeping my old one, Elite is on the 50" TV downstairs, but when the missus decides she wants to watch TV I can whip my HDD off the Elite and take it upstairs to put on the premium and carry on playing (albeit on the 32"). :)
I had my gamer profile on my original Xbox, I then bought the Elite and recovered the gamertag to it, the original Xbox then wouldn't sign the profile in.
All I want to be able to do is sign-in on either machine at once (i.e not at the same time) so I could play online on either machine without needing to switch the hdds. However, it seems I can only have my LIVE gamertag sign-in registered on one HDD at a time.
Anyone else got 2 Xbox 360s? Is it correct that you can only sign in to one at a time? (Independantly) Not too bothered because I'm just going to move the main HDD around with me when I play, but if I want a quick game on the secondary machine I take it I just need to make a second LIVE gamertag.
