There is no alignment on the rear. I'd check the rear stub axle, that could be lose, or even the drum/bearing nut may not be tight

Spotted 3 times! Once near bridge near barton road, Second on the back road between fornham and Gt Barton and 3rd parked up in town in the cattle market later that night!

I think its a big fuse of some kind. I had the same thought but it looked like a thick fuse type of thing!

No I haven't but have driven other cars with 4 pots, also I believe I've seen it several times on here from some of the big wigs that no need for 4 pots!

You'll be fine with Brembo HC discs, Ferodo DS2500's and some braided lines for track use! 4 Pots won't be much diffferent TBH except the price tag

I wouldn't of thought so. Mine just all of a sudden done it and wouldn't idle at all, although cleaning it out only stopped it for a little while. See how you get on!

OP - Original Post, so you :p lol! its on the back of the top inlet plenum, to the right of the coil pack. It says VDO on it but you can't see it unless you look behind it. Unfortunatly Haynes don't do a manual for the car, this site is the only decent resource for information!

OP your VDO is probably knackered. Mine was too, gets full of oil/gunk and doesn't let airflow so it can't determine what the engine is taking in. Two 10mm bolts, get it off spray some WD40 inside it and get a screwdriver or cotton bud and get the gunk out from around it! Impey - I'll have a...

Re: Ben_stevo172 - Supercharged Monaco 172 Umm, you do realise that you can't really do this with a charger. It has a plate in between the intercooler and supercharger which restricts airflow. You could make up a butterfly type valve thing, similiar to a throttle but it would be pointless...
