Cool. Just called and order was processed and confirmed at 2pm yesterday but there is a delay in the emails confirmations going out due to the number of orders apparently.

Did it quote you a hold time yet? Mine was 6 and 12 minutes but called bang on 6.

I was too on my mobile then called the 08 number and requested a call back. Sure enough 6 minutes later I had a call back and put straight through whilst at the same time the mobile was still on hold.

Ordered through Vodafone for me and the Mrs. The guy said all orders will be taken today but not processed until after they close tonight. Only then you will receive confirmation of your order. I was his second order of the day so should be good for next week.
