They are only aluminium covers riveted onto the actual pedals . I think the only issue is your accelerator pedal is plastic from what i can gather but people have overcome this problem .
Any scratch in glass can be polished out using jewellers rouge , the only downside is if the scratch is really deep it will deform the glass .
Check out ebay for jewellers rouge .

I really don't see what Virgin are up to tbh . Why 50 meg ? Unless it's just some marketing ploy that they have the fastest speeds . It will only mean people will hit their download limits even faster so increasing how many people are affected by the traffic management i.e. dropping their speed...
It amazes me how the general concensus is that Toyos are crap in the wet , yet people still say they would buy them  I'm sorry , but when i buy a tyre i want it to perform well in both the wet and dry . And that doesn't mean driving like a complete t**t in the wet , just a tyre that won't...
Body Shield Blitz Spray Sealant , dead easy to use . A few layers can be added in next to no time . Or maybe Extreme Gloss M Seal , never tried this one but it sounds like it could be good for your RB .

Lmfao . How do you know exactly when they are tight enough to the extent they aren't going to snap ?? :quiet: There's nothing like a bit of crap advise is there .
Your wheels should be torqued up to 90Nm .
Why isn't it very good ?? You set it , the temp remains constant , that's what CC was designed to do . So whats the problem ? Mines always worked perfectly fine .
The foam lances are ok if you just want foam . With my method you can foam the car at low pressure then rinse the car down with high pressure foam unlike the expensive foam lances . I just couldn't justify spending £50 on a lance for low pressure foam .
It doesn't contain petroleum at all . It's alcohol based . I've had it splash on my paintwork loads of times with no adverse effects . I'm not sure i'd try and seal the car with it though just in case .
I apply it if know it's going to freeze . When it's freshly applied more often that not...
Could be a wire broken from the temp sensor in the wing mirror giving a dodgy reading . Do you fold your wing mirrors in alot when you park up ? Not sure why it would only blow warm air out of the heater when it's set to max tbh . I didn't think they were related as the outside temp sensor is...
Mine did it last winter quite a bit but has been fine up until the recent cold weather and has done it a few times in the last couple of weeks , everything resets to zero on the trip comp . I'm guessing the battery is losing just enough charge to cause a problem . Batteries don't like cold...
^^^ No it won't say anywhere it's an import and no you don't have to inform the insurance company as it's not a grey import like the cheap Jap cars we see over here . It's basically the same car produced in the same factory as the so called " UK cars " without the afore mentioned alarm , locking...
If your wheels buckled then i'd suspect some sort of damage from an earlier impact . The mechanic , as you call him should really have told you it's not safe to drive imo not recommend you " look into it "
If i was you , first i'd visually check the wheel myself for any signs of damage...
Your spot on there about the warranty starting from the date the car was built . But the part about your MOT being due when Renault said it was is wrong . The first MOT on a car is due on the 3rd anniversary from when the car was FIRST registered in the UK if the car is new when purchased over...
Do a search . This topic crops up all the time . Some less well informed people will tell you it affects the resale value , which is b****cks .
There are lots of RS Clios around that are imports usually sold from places like Motorpoint . They are the same car , produced in the same factory ...
Mine was registered on the 2nd of February 2006 . There was litterally only a handful of unregistered 182's left in the UK when i bought it . I was in 2 minds as whether to just garage it until March and get an 06 plate lol .
They stopped manufacturing them in October 2005 .
I've used meths to degrease new brake discs in the past . As to bleeding your brakes . If they haven't been done for a while i'd bleed them whilst your changing the pads and discs just so you know you've done a thorough job , it's not essential but worth doing imo .
If you use the search button there is lots of information and pics of matched inlets and the plenum .
