It gets cold at night and scared :)
been told nothing but good things about them and a few people on IMOC run them with good results .

A few more updates .
My PTP turbo blanket arrived from the USA .
Removed the x brace hot pipe , O2 sensor and the heat shield to get to the turbo .
Was a bit of a pain to fit but after an hour or so it was all on .
All done up and heat shield back on .
Also had time to fit...
Last update .
I was not over happy with the silver heat reflective wrap and after reading a few things was told that this would not be the best move as it may trap the heat in the cold intercooler pipe .
After some advise I ordered some DEI gold tape as this will reflective about 80 % of the...
Finished off the final shifter upgrades today with some solid base shifter bush .
This is it now for the shifter upgrades that are gearbox oil change , solid bearing shifter bush , rotated shift cube , clean and re grease shift linkage and solid base shifter bush .

Few bits done over the weekend .
First off was to have a go at the cloudy rear lights

Then fitted some heat reflective wrap for my inter cooler cold pipe that runs over the top of the engine bay heating back up the cooled air from the inter cooler ( just roughly fitted...

Small update
Finished off the last few bits to improve the gear shift .
Turned the shifter cube 90 deg so it has fresh metal ( see pic of 20 years of rubbing lol )
Then last was to take apart the gear shifter and de / re grease and add some extra washers to the rubber mounts .

Yes a much firmer shift as the old rubber ones are over 20 years old LOL
