    1) How are they attached now? Might have been worth asking the tester what you need to change, Probably just stronger bolts/nuts and washers. 2) Just stick a screwdriver through the eye and turn? 3) Theres manual adjustment on the back of the lights iirc,

    Why sure? You might have a coolant leak, which may have caused the loss of coolant which then caused the overheating! Get it to a garage and get it checked out.

    The allen key type bolts are just the sliders, Theres just two bolts on the caliper which need undo-ing, think when I did it I undid the two 18mm caliper to hub bolts

    Ive had to drill a couple out before, Shouldn't take bloody 3 hours though unless your using one of those wind up drill things lol!
