Whats the battery charge like? Any messages coming up on the dash? Everything connected to the ECU and battery terminals (there is a single LIVE wire that I've seen break off the terminal before)

hmmm... has the battery been disconnected for awhile? Does the central locking still unlock / open the car? - If so, try cycling through lock.. unlock a few times, then jump in the car, key in the slot and try it then.

Excellent. I am planning to get my car recovered to RS Tuning when the engine goes in... throw Paul the keys and let him run it in / map at the same time. I wouldn't trust myself to drive a few hundred miles on the road running in the new engine :o

You are certainly making decent progress! Who built and installed the engine for you? Are you having it run in on the road or dyno?

Bought our first house together 3 months ago so the engine has been put on the back burner... All the parts are here, cleaned up, head is built, block painted etc. Just needs balancing then building up! :)

As above... Invest in a decent APC UPS. Check BIOS options for boot after restart, power loss etc.

Re: Tim's R26 Banana Boost Bus Great updates. I need to crack on and finish my engine build! To get anything over 300hp you'll need to re work the turbo. With a good hybrid TD04 you should see 330hp :)

You could you use the 'Get-Content' cmdlet in Powershell to find characters you need. Once a list of the files have been compiled it should be easy to move them.
