    Lower ball joint issues.

    This happened on mine at weekend, you need to line the grove up on the shaft otherwise they can move in too far and can't get the bolt in. Watch you don't damage the CV boot as I nicked mine in my struggle :smile:

    Just a small update, fitted some new ball joints which were a pig to do and I managed to nick one of the cv gaiters so will all have to come off to fit a new gaiter :rage: We @JohnnyE are off to Blink motorsport next sat to have the tracking done and see how straight the rear beam is.     As above ^ Quaife will fit the crown wheel but this will need removing from your gearbox and sending to Quaife. Agency did mine whilst I waited, took them about 10 mins to get it out.

    I think a lot of the problem stems from the dash dodger front cages as some have 2 bends in them I think the GT86 cage has 3! I have seen cages with an extra bar welded across the door opening from the front leg to the top horizontal. See here...
