Not sure yet. Was just gonna crimp them but I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I want to get rid of the sound deadening under the passenger seat before I move the battery behind there

Is this the sort of thing I need to join everything together? Or is there something better out there?
Thanks
Steve
I went for 50mm2 as per the thread you were commenting on in the interior section. It's massive but seems good quality.
Got the 10mm terminals to match
Had a delivery this morning
Just need to order a battery tray/holder
Going to put the standard battery behind the passenger seat. Decided against a lightweight battery as I hardly use the car.
Would rather spend the money elsewhere
Just wondering if this is a problem or not?
Does it need to be a sealed battery? Or can I put the standard one there?
Won't fail the mot or anything like that?
I thought pops & bangs was achieved by adding fuel when you are off the throttle in gear. The fuel doesn't get ignited as there is no spark and then ignites when it hits the hot exhaust. Shouldn't affect the running of the car at all?
Might be different with clios but that's how it was done on...
I agree. But the fuel costs and driving time to and from the circuit remain the same. Its nearly 2 hours each way for me which isn't the end of the world but still a long way just for an evening
Doing a full day doesn't necessarily mean you have to do loads more laps. You'll find you have plenty of time, so you could get passenger laps in other cars, and take a more relaxed approach to driving yours. Let it cool down properly etc. Sometimes an evening one means you end up rushing around...
Best value I'd say

Bedford
Gran Turismo circuit
Open Pitlane
101
149.00
Depends if we want to just do an evening one........
They are pretty cheap but might be a long drive for some people just for an evening
I'd say avoid anything that isn't open pit lane
I did Snetterton last year and it was fantastic. It's a great track. We stayed at a premier inn for about £40.
I will keep my eye on this as I'm well up for it
I thought it was a track car? lol
i had that in my previous clio although sometimes it worked. I never fixed it. In the end I just swapped the head unit
