The £245 price was for S/S inlet and S/S exhaust, which are the older spec of valves (they didn't realise the part no. and price had changed).
The £304 price is with the nitride coated exhaust valves.
When I ordered from Alsops they had boxes of the F4R valves in stock!
Danny @ 519 has a different manufacturer of 'one piece' valves.

That really makes me laugh... Why on earth would you ask your wife (who openly admits that she did not know the first thing about cars) to call K-tec because you where 'angry' with a product? Just adding more confusion and frustration to the situation IMO!
I am currently building an engine for my Megane r26. I have a new oil pump in my garage, if it's worth modifying before fitting I would also like to know details.
I am by no means an engine builder so it could be the most obvious obvious thing staring me in the face and I wouldn't know!
