    The £245 price was for S/S inlet and S/S exhaust, which are the older spec of valves (they didn't realise the part no. and price had changed). The £304 price is with the nitride coated exhaust valves. When I ordered from Alsops they had boxes of the F4R valves in stock!

    I had a custom set made a number of years ago.... you cannot go any lower than the below without removing the OE cross members.

    Updated oil pump relief spring

    I am currently building an engine for my Megane r26. I have a new oil pump in my garage, if it's worth modifying before fitting I would also like to know details. I am by no means an engine builder so it could be the most obvious obvious thing staring me in the face and I wouldn't know!
