Take the new keeper slip, DVLA does the rest - they'll get you to fill in a form to apply for a new logbook for the Civic and provide all the other stuff as they do the transfer. You'll need the Civic MOT and serial number of the tax disc too, same for the Clio
You followed me through Buckingham this morning, then went past on the duel carriage way and i then followed you to Brackley :) you had a CS sticker in the back window
Sounded nice!
I was in a Derv Golf.. so would of blended into nothing special :)
Lol, valid point though as we thought once they had agreed the price match that was it - it did seem a bit of a backward process!
We had given up on getting them to price match in store tbh as they always found a reason why they wouldn't, but this online one has restored a bit of faith.
Matter of days to do that, but paid by credit card so it wasn't like the money really left our hands. But agree if you pay cash/debit card you end up faffing around a bit
You can submit a price match request online - against the online retailer price, which is what we did. They responded with 2 days to agree the price match. Good all round!
We bought the http://www.johnlewis.com/samsung-ue32eh5000-led-hd-1080p-tv-32-inch-with-freeview/p231878323 for our kitchen and it's a great TV, decent picture and decent sound as well. We got JL to price match Richer Sounds as well - prefer the JL guarantee and their service.
Our lounge TV is...
Just over 5 months later and car is much the same, made a few minor upgrades recently :
Replaced the retro tape deck with a business CD player from an 06 car which allows for aux mode and connection of an iPod cable :
And also replaced the old phone cradle in the centre console with a cup...
One of these :

We did this a couple of years ago as I have a company car but didn't want to lose my NCB - Elephant allow you to insure a car so long as the registered keeper was your spouse or partner. So I did that and gained another years NCB without losing what I'd previously built up.
Need to check...
That screen shot is the old weather app, but it has changed.
Before you would have to tap on the current day to get the hourly breakdown, now it's there to scroll with all the time. (You'll understand If you look :))
Im loving the new 5
Thanks :)
On bimmerforums and they offer the same discount too, just weighing up the best purchase so could well do something similar! It looks better than the off centred kits!
Weekend 'toy' it isn't - if we were buying a weekend toy it'd have been a 2 seater or something like another 182 but ruled that out as its too samey. But there comes a point in time where you go for something different and this had been on the wish list since before we moved house.
Could've...
No we need to address the audio and do some form of upgrade - contemplating an Alpine iPod unit but then quite like the OEM look. But the dynavin et al are lots of money!
My fav things are the heated seats, and the fact I have my own key that remembers my seat position, my mirror position, the temperature I had the climate set at and which radio station I was listening too.
Epic
Its a big comfy barge for wafting round, lazy auto suits the engine well. Sport mode for a bit more kickdown but tbh it cruises well enough in regular auto mode.
I'll rephrase... Higher miles but similar price / more than the last few that have sold, then to be listing things to replace! At £3750 it's better priced than it was listed at. Only need to look at Daves Trophy/Fletch's 172 to know that these things will go on and on if serviced regularly :)
So a year ago we sold our Liquid Yellow 182 as we were moving house and stretched our budget to get the ideal house. This meant compromises being made in a few areas and the Clio was an expensive toy that selling would contribute towards the 3% stamp duty the new house needed!
It was replaced...
Hope you paid considerably less than the asking price baring in mind high miles and the bits you've got to do...
Are the wheels black or anthracite?
Isnt the warning light coming on a symptom of low brake fluid? Have you checked the levels?
