As far as I know you can't buy the ball separate, you get the whole washer. Just a case of unbolting the old one and putting the new on one.

Yeah it will all fit, the join on the cat is the same and the clamp holds it together. You might need a new clamp when fitting the new exhaust, bit of a nightmare getting the old one off. They changed the design on the clamp to this which makes it easier.
