I have recently just put resistors in my seats in my mk2 Clio to stop the airbag and service light going on and all is fine. I have a mate who has fitted after market seats in his mk3 Clio and was wondering will the same resistors i used in my car work in my mates car ?
Im not actually sure. But i have had a look on ktec's site and they seem to have one for £90. I personally wont be buying it as im not going to bother putting my new wheel on as im not spending anymore money on my car. Away to save up for a sport.
Cheers mate. I know its going to fail on shockies and brakes but their getting replaced this week. Only problem I do have is airbag light cos of the sports seats :/
Had mi e on for a few months now and been pulled a few times saying the were not 100% legal. But most police have said atleaat they have the stamp and have company name on them so they turned a blind eye. Would upload a pic but tapatalk wont let me.
Ill get some better screws, The ones im using just now are just old ones in a jar at the back of the garage. Ill get better ones and keep them in with Loctite glue or something
I have replaced the front splitter and had it held on with about ten self tapping screws and the splitter fell off a couple of time. Anybody got other methods of keeping it in place?
Not to sure if I have seen the RB 200 but just along from broughtyferry in monifeith theirs always a trophy and an iceberg sitting along from the police station. Cant help but admire the trophy every time i pass.
I think this could be the end of this thread. Im thinking of putting back to standard and selling as i have been quoted £580 a year for a 172. And when i seen that. My face lit up. So i think that one of them could be the next car on the driveway. :)
This is probably away to be a really random question here but. On my front headlight one of my sidelight bulbs has fell inside the headlight casing. Does anyone know of anyway i can get it out as its visible from the outside of the car.
Well as mentioned in the thread. My wrap cost roughly £150 for materials. But to get it done by someone it will cost roughly around the £600 range. But really i love the colour of mine its a real head turner :).
If anything its alot easier to clean which is a bonus. Scrapes shouldn't show up that bad depending how bad the scrape is. But lacquer peel will show through and the wrap wont cover rust as it wont stick properly. fine
Recently just bought and received a boss kit from demon tweeks and when it arrived it was the wrong one. It had a bit of metal out the back of it. Which if im correct is for the steering wheel hub for the pre facelift mk 2. The version before mine. Can any one link me or please tell me what boss...
Its ment to be baby blue. But its vinyl wrapped in gloss ice blue. Wasn't looking its best last night though haha. I liked yours as well mate. Theirs something about white sports that really do look great :)
