ive just got my self a piper cross viper for my 172. will fitting a decat pipe improve my cars performance as i havent got a full exaust system yet just my standard 172 one !!!

yes deffiantely notice the difference. i like it there as i sometimes do use my fogs lol. i paid a mechanic to fit it for me and he said he had an absolute nightmare fitting the cold air feed pipe to the mesh at the bottom..

feels a tad quicker i think lol.... just sounds amazing though, the raw is amazing!

i got a mechanic to fit it for me dude, manged to buy the filter 2nd hand from a mate, usally £210 got it for £60 hehe...... i would deffo pay the extra to have something a bit better mate sounds ace.

fred im gonna let him fit it...but if he has major problems with the cold air feed and attachment ill deffo take u up on that offer cheers buddy

fred, whats the stupid tube thing? how do i get the front grill off, is this quite an awkward thing to do? and whats the best way to get the circular attachment to fit on? Fred one last thing... wanna do it for me lol
